Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to almost everywhere in the world. If you would like to inquire about your zip code and the shipping charges to that destination; please send us an email on haragoman@gmail.com and we shall get back to you within 24 hours.

Are you responsible for lost or stolen packages ?

We are not responsible for the packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In case that happens, we are more than happy to reach out and follow up with the shipping carrier to track your order.

What methods of payment are accepted? 

We accept payments via bank transfer, Paytm, GooglePay, PayPal. If you would like to pay by card, we can generate a payment link for you. 

How long does it take to process the order?

Please bear with us as we work to ship your piece in the 7-10 business days post receiving the confirmed order. At HARAGO we make everything one at a time and only on demand. It is an ideal situation of sustainable production for us. This way we are able to avoid over production and consumption of the resources. Working on this model also helps us to  avoid creating dead stock and hence ultimately not adding to the unnecessary textiles waste generated. 

What is your exchange / return policy?

If the purchased item have all its tags in place, is in it’s original packing and is unworn: it can be exchanged for store credit within one week of the delivery. Make sure you do not miss the original purchase receipt. 

Orders customized for size or length are not eligible for exchange. 

How do we buy HARAGO clothes?

You can connect with us on our Instagram page and we shall assist you throughout. We also sell via sharing lookbooks over email. And lastly the brand is available to purchase on Matches Fashion website.
